Quantity Surveying.
Quantity Surveyor manages all costs relating to building projects ,from the initial calculations to the final figures. The role and function of a professional quantity surveyor is firstly to draw up a bill of quantities which is a type of tender document usually produced by a professional Quantity surveyor, it usually contains information to do with a particular construction project as well as measured quantities from the various drawings in accordance with a standard measurement code such as the agreed rules of measurement. This document will subsequently be priced by contractors and used throughout the construction project for valuation and cost control purposes.
The bill of quantities provides vast amounts of information about a particular building project and also includes a detailed breakdown of each item of the proposed work. A bill of quantities is firstly a tender document and secondly a contract document which is prepared in accordance with established codes of measurement and conditions of contract provisions. Each bill of quantities should contain certain basic information and be presented in a recognised format so as to facilitate ease.
As a Quantity Surveyor,we are provided with Facilities and Project Management skills which will give the graduate opportunities after college to participate in a varied number of construction-related areas. We can spread factual into the world by using our negotiation skills, environmental sustainability, appreciating modern and innovative construction methods and also have to know the Contract Law and Construction Law.We can show the contributions by seeking the minimum costs but still giving the best quality in building construction.
We can contribute our skills such as methodical way of thinking, good knowledge of construction and excellent problem solving at present for the future betterment. By using all these skills, the quality of life will be improved in the line of progressive of the world.
To narrate about the “Awakening as One” video, there is something we can not expect either it is truly will be happened or not. But,we as a Quantity Surveyors adhere to tha adage “every cloud has a silver lining” because we are believe that something will not happen for no reason.

What Can I Leave Behind In The Future..
LOOKING BACK
it starts from my attendance at the USM ..
the story starts when I get elected into the USM, where feeling excited and happy .. mixed set me dreaming, or is reality ..
on July 3, 2010 .. I track the distance of USM for the second time. but, this time I will acquire here as a USM student after the first track of my feet to the USM at my interview at USM.
experience at the University and the school is different. here is the pattern of life and social independence.
at USM many strange and new experience we discover that it is because, all things in the review is my thinking outside the box. of the first tasks carried out until the task say this.
all these tasks by providing a few ideas and new experiences
(PART 2)
LOOKING FORWARD..
it started after I entered the USM ..
what makes us look at the task ahead is given.
His first assignment was related disasters that occurred in 2012, the tasks that I must think about security measures that must be available to face the disaster.
I also need to produce a variety of equipment that could assist in the bencara. between alatannya: raft. and survival box.
In addition, tasks such as casket for me is one thing that gives me the opportunity to look forward to providing my preparations either in the physical and spiritual.
conclusion, remember five things before five things and you berwasiatlah before leaving this world truly berwaisat the practice of the noble and blessed.

the survival kit and IBU
- Using bamboo and sulfur to produce a light gun.
- Material that easily can be used anywhere and in any event.
how to use ..
* Completing the sulfur into the segment of bamboo and switch on the fire,
* Spark fireworks will be produced and will attract the attention of the communication tower IBU
* IBU will come and give assistance to the PONDOK.
my design of IBU..
top view of design..
description:
-Label 1 and 2 reflect an area to house the port and the repair PONDOK. it works as a PONDOK to house a small port.
-In addition, these areas equipped with the basic material of construction and refurbishment of the PONDOK.
-The facilities ..
* Adhesive from polystrene abandoned. these materials easily obtained as a result of the disaster that occurred because it is surface water.it can assist in filling jobs at the wall and roof leaks or the body of PONDOK.
side view of design..
description:
-the structure of the IBU material making from combined glass, fiber and clay. with this material, the structure will more stability.this is because, all the type material suitable for making a structure panel, floor and wall tiles.
-why the structure should using the material hand-lay up epoxy hybrid nanocomposites?
this because, its lower capital investment. beside that, its also suitable for small production runs due to the lower pressure proses and inexpensive moulds.
front view of design..
description:
-in view of the dome that has built its own structure. in the form of copyright based on the study "inovative and novel membrane morphology modification."
-The benefits ..
* Stretching speed sensitive electric controlled by stopper moter from 20 mm / s to 0.02mm / s.
* Stable membrane structure using streching Controllable temperature, from 25 to 200 degree Celsius.
* Smooth stretching process Guided by ball screw
* Stable and even stretching force on membranes by rigid metal support beam
* Equipped with a digital counter until stretching length 0.002mm.
label of design in dome site..
desciption:
-From the lowest level. it is a level that is in water.
level consists of materials such as food and drink.
-first level is the place reserved for the salvation of which he took for disaster victims. between the facilities at the hospital and provided medical center and a pharmacy.
-second level is, which houses the research. this is because, when the disaster will likely produce a variety of diseases. at the same time promote the region in the areas of power generation for the use of IBU.
-third level is area of management. the function is manage all PONDOK in one order.

MASK..

bamboo sound tool..
shaker ..
is an instrument unique.
it produces a sound that is soft but substantial impact on the performance of a traditional or contemporary music.
for musical instruments made by me, the equipment used consists of bamboo, rice, nylon rope, and cloth.
for a softer sound and balanced, so I tend to use materials such as rice compared to materials such as stone and sand. this is because materials such as rice is more similar in size compared to rocks and sand.
In addition, the quantity of rice that is used should also be appropriate to the size of the bamboo used to a more balanced sound can be produced.
for how to play this instrument is. shake technique is a key technique in producing the desired sound. speeds up movement of hands in doing so in a more vibrant music produced. Vice versa if the slow movement that is done then the slower tempo that will be obtained.

what i heard..
Making USM as university APEX (accelerated programe for excellent) first in Malaysia with the university mission and vission.
The mission of USM is a pioneering, transdisciplinary research intensive university that empowers future talents and enables the bottom billions to transform their socio-economic well-being.
The vission of USM is Transforming Higher Education for a Sustainable Tomorrow.
Beside that, as university with status APEX. many changes should will do for make sure that our university always in the right ways. so, to make our university become origin APEX university, we should jump or fly with what we do now and make sure that we always be excellent student for a suitainable tomorrow.
STUDIO PRODUCTION..
CONCEPT OF PRODUCTION..
~INTENTION + ACTOR
~ACT + RULE
~PRODUCT + PLACE
*INTENTION: before we start with any work or task, we should have a intention to do the work or the task. this is because, with right intention we can make our task be more easy and copleted with smoothly.
*ACT: but with intention only is not enough for student APEX. this is because, to get the objective of university student should act with fast and confident. so, the task that we were do will completed.
*PRODUCT: to produce the perfect product, both of principle should be combine to make sure the product always in their standard qualities.
all the princple at the above were connected to another three principle.
*ACTOR: important element for the intention. this is because, intention only used by human or the actor to intention something.
*RULE: the guideline for somebody to act something for make sure that their act follow the skeme and definitely success.
*PLACE: the place that where the product want to produce and defending the place we can now how ways to produce it with suitable time.
so, for the conclusion. with all the principle, exist one concept that calling as 3P. 3P is meaning for People, Place, and Princple. all these element cannot be changed even one of the element. this is because, without one from the three element the planning will be not success.
PRINCIPLE APEX
3P:
~ place
~ principal
~ people
